Marta Barberi

Born in Parma on the 4th of march 1976, graduated in Law at the University of Siena in 2001, enrolled in the Padua Bar Association since 2006 after obtaining a Diploma in Legal Studies in Oxford (UK).

She has collaborated with law firms Carnelutti, Clifford Chance and IBLA of Padua and from 2018 she collaborates with Studio LTPartners as off counsel, headquarters of Verona.

She operates in the field of litigation and out-of-court, providing assistance to Italian and foreign customers in the fields of industrial and intellectual property law (contracts, consultancy and litigation relating to trademarks, patents and other industrial property rights as well as copyright), of international law private (disputes and opinions in relation to cases of a transnational nature regarding obligations, real rights, persons, family and succession), commercial and civil law (consultancy and litigation on contracts, property rights, family, person and inheritance) .

She combines the carrying out of the professional activity with the teaching activity and has drafted some publications on legal matters.

She is an appointed professor of European Law and Intellectual Property in the Degree Course in Molecular Biologies at the University of Udine (starting from A / A 2017-2018), as well as lecturer in various post-university masters and organized training courses from universities, forensic specialization schools and other institutions.

She is the author of several publications including “The Sale of Inventions and Patents” in “Private Law in Law” directed by Prof. Cendon (UTET) as well as “Information obligations and false or misleading indications of origin” in the of the work “Contracts and consumer protection” (UTET).
