Born in Milan on July the 8th 1972, he is one of the founding members of LTPartners Law and Tax Firm.

He operates in the Rome office where he deals with administrative law.

Graduated in Law from the University of Padua, with experience abroad at the University of Wales – Aberystwith (United Kingdom) and the Catholic University of Louvan – Louvain La Neuve (BELGIUM), attended post-graduate specialization courses in International Trade Law at the University of Padua and in Administrative Law at the Free University of Social Studies Guido Carli Luiss of Rome.

He is admitted to the patronage before the Court of Cassation and other High Jurisdictions.

He is specialized in the field of public procurement and local public transport in relation to which he has gained significant experience on the liberalization of the sector.

He has held and holds courses on Public Procurement and Public Procurement and he is a member of the Transportation Committee of the Bar Association of Rome.

He speaks fluent English.
