Born in Maglie on August the 2nd 1971, he is a partner of LTPartners.

He has gained significant experience in corporate taxation, already a partner in leading national and international law and tax firms (CBA Law and Tax Firm, Legalitax Law Firm and Tax Office).

He works in the Rome office.

In 1996 he graduated with honors in Economics and Business from the University of Bari. In 1998 he attended the Specialization Course on Corporate Tax Law at IFAF Milano.  From October 2022 to February 2023 Master in Board Academy, managed by “LUISS Business School & Assogestioni” – specialization Course to became Non Executive Director or member of Corporate Governance structure in listed companies.

He has been enrolled, since 1996,  in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the province of Rome. Since 1999 he has been registered in the Register of Auditors and in the Register of Judicial Administrators at the Ministry of Justice.

He has gained significant experience in the field of tax consultancy for Italian and multinational industrial groups.

He is expert in transactions of an extraordinary nature both for acquisition purposes and as a tool for reorganization of corporate groups in which he provides assistance and consultancy in accounting, tax and corporate matters.

He has assisted several families in planning the generational changeover in the company or in planning the allocation of the assets forming part of the family patrimony in a succession perspective. Expert assessor on the occasion of extraordinary transactions through the preparation of appraisals by companies, company branches and investments.

He provides assistance and consultancy services to companies in drawing up business plans for the determination of financial requirements and in negotiating credit lines, both for current management and for investments.

He is a consultant to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rome at the Ordinary Court of Rome concerning Budget, Company and Bankruptcy Liquidation Commissioner of Co-operative Liquidated Administrative Co-operatives on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Development as well as Arbitrator in arbitration proceedings administered by the Arbitration Chamber and Conciliation of Cooperation.

He holds the position of statutory auditor and company auditor.

He speaks fluent English.
