Born in Naples on the 28th of November 1976, he has worked with LTPartners Law and Tax Firm since 2012.

In 2000 he graduated with honors in Economics and Business from the “Luiss – Guido Carli” University of Rome.

In 2010 he obtained the title of PhD in Tax Law of the Companies at the same University.

He is registered since 2004 in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the province of Rome.

Fiscal consultant for public entities and leading Italian companies, he has acquired solid experience in consultancy and litigation relating to the real estate tax sector.

Lecturer for numerous training institutions and author of editorial contributions to leading tax law journals.

He is co-author of the volume “Taxation of the Public Administration” published by IPSOA.

He speaks fluent English.
