Born in Milan on July the 8th 1972, he is one of the founding members of LTPartners Law and Tax Firm.

He operates in the Rome office where he deals with administrative law.

Graduated in Law from the University of Padua, with experience abroad in the United Kingdom and Belgium, attended post-graduate specialization courses in International Trade Law at the University of Padua and in Administrative Law at the Free University of Social Studies Guido Carli Luiss of Rome.

He is admitted to the patronage before the Court of Cassation and other High Jurisdictions.

He is specialized in the field of Public Procurement, Local Public Transport and Environmental Law.

Member of Transportation Committee and Administrative Law Committee of the Bar Association of Rome, he has held and holds courses on Public Procurement, Green Procurement and Soil Protection.

He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, faculty of Civil and Industrial Endgineering.

He speaks English and French.
