Born in Potenza on the 13th of May 1975, she is one of the founding members of LTPartners Law and Tax Firm, which she set up after having gained significant experience in business law, also as a partner of leading national law firms and international, including the Studio CBA (formerly Camozzi & Bonissoni).

She works in the Rome office.

In 1998 she graduated with honors in Law from the Sapienza University of Rome, participating in the Erasmus Project at the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium).

She is qualified to practice as a lawyer since 2002.

She has been admitted to the patronage before the Court of Cassation and to Superior Jurisdictions since 2014.

She mainly deals with commercial and civil law, assisting clients in M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital, start-up investments, real estate, financing, debt restructuring and investments in the field of renewable energy.

She also deals with antitrust and competition law (concentrations, understandings, abuse of dominant position, etc.), consumer law and electronic commerce, protection of personal data and administrative liability of entities.

She assists closed funds under Italian law and provides ongoing legal and corporate advice to multinational groups with interests in Italy.

She speaks fluent English and Spanish.
