Born in Padua on July the 13th 1964, she graduated in law with honors from the University of Padua.

She is enrolled in the Register of Lawyers since 1995  and operates at the headquarter of Padua.

She is one of the founding partners of Studio LTPartners, whose she participated to it establishment after having gained significant experience in business law as a partner of other law firms operating at national and international levels.

She has developed specific skills in the M&A sector, assisting Italian and foreign companies in the negotiation and drafting of contractual documents in acquisition, merger, corporate restructuring, sale of share packages, company transfers.

She advises and provides ongoing assistance to Italian companies and multinational groups for the preparation and management of commercial contracts in Italian and English (in particular, supply contracts, distribution, agency, franchising, trademark and patent licensing, technology transfer, outsourcing, logistics, etc.), with specific attention to assessments of compatibility with national and EU regulations on competition, organization of distribution networks, price policies, horizontal and vertical cooperation, etc.

She has been a lecturer at numerous conferences organized by national chambers of commerce and in specialization courses on the subject of commercial relations and antitrust.

She has participated in numerous national and international commercial arbitrations, both as a party defender and as a member of the arbitration panel.

She speaks fluent English.
