Born in Padua on April 27, 1972, he graduated in Law at the University of Padua in 1998, EAP University of California Santa Barbara (1995-1996), he is enrolled in the Register of Lawyers of Padua since 2001.

He is one of the founding members of Studio LTPartners, which he set up after having gained significant experience in business law as a partner of other leading national and international law firms.

He gained solid professional experience by assisting both Italian and foreign clients in the fields of national and international commercial law (agency contracts, distribution, supply, joint ventures, tenders, etc.), corporate law (acquisition transactions, merger, corporate restructuring, sale of share packages, transfers of companies, including transnational ones), antitrust and competition law (concentrations, agreements, abuse of dominant position, etc.) and pharmaceutical law (license agreements, research, supply of intermediates and generics, etc.).

He is also active in the areas of litigation and arbitration, both national and international, both as a lawyer and as an arbitrator.

He speaks fluent English.
