Born in Rome on the 25th of December 1967, he is one of the founding members of LTPartners Law and Tax Firm, which he set up after having gained significant experience in corporate taxation, also as a partner of leading law and tax firms operating in national and international scope.

He works in the Rome office.

In 1994 he graduated with honors in Economics and Business from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome.

He is registered, since 1996, in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the province of Rome.

Since 1999 he has been registered in the Register of Auditors.

He has acquired solid experience in tax consultancy for Italian and multinational industrial groups and in tax litigation.

Since 2003 he has been dealing with tax and accounting consultancy as well as tax litigation for public health companies (companies of the NHS, ASL, AO), for local authorities and other public bodies. He is co-author of the volume “Business Taxation of Public Health Companies” published by Il Sole 24 Ore.

Professor of the Master in “Tax Law, Accounting and Tax Planning” at Luiss Business School.

He speaks fluent English.
